Our maple cream is made from our finest Golden Color & Delicate taste or Amber Color & Rich Taste maple syrup. The maple syrup is cooked to 22 degrees above the boiling point of water then cooled to 70 degrees as fast as possible before being turned. Maple Cream contains no dairy products but is simply 100% maple syrup. This product is great on English muffins, Toast, Grapefruit, Doughnuts, Cininamon Rolls, or even on a spoon. This product must be refrigerated.
